What we hold

• Your email address, from the purchase and from Google sign in. It exists purely to identify your licence.
• A purchase record with the order id, amount, and currency, handed to us by the payment processor.
• For the free trial, your email address from Google sign in, so we can tell whether the trial has already been used. We also store an anonymous one way hash of a machine identifier alongside it. That hash cannot be turned back into anything about you or your computer, and it is only used to spot abuse, never to identify you.

What we never touch

Your artwork. Dither does not upload it, transmit it, or store it. Every project file stays on your own machine. There is no analytics or tracking inside the app.

Who else is involved

• Lemon Squeezy handles payment and acts as merchant of record. Your card details never reach us.
• Supabase stores your licence row, which is an email and a status.
• Google handles sign in. We receive your email address and nothing more.
• Vercel hosts this website.

Your rights

Ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it, at support@ditherapp.com. Deleting the record deactivates the software, so be sure.
