14-day refunds

If Dither isn't for you, email support@ditherapp.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No justification required. Your license will be deactivated when the refund is issued.

EU / UK consumers

You normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. By downloading and activating Dither you agree that we begin supplying the digital content immediately, and you acknowledge that you lose the statutory right of withdrawal once activation is complete. Our voluntary 14-day policy above applies regardless.

How to request

Email support@ditherapp.com from the address you purchased with. Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy and typically arrive within 5–10 business days.
