Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Dither on machines you own or control, for personal or commercial pixel-art work. Artwork you create with Dither is entirely yours.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share your license or the software installer. You may not circumvent the license activation system or reverse-engineer the software except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
Dither requires a one-time online activation with the Google account associated with your purchase, and periodically re-verifies your license when connected to the internet. A limited offline grace period is provided.
Updates are provided at our discretion and are included with your license. We do not guarantee any particular feature, timeline, or continued availability of the service.
Dither is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any lost work, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Always keep backups of your artwork.
We may suspend a license obtained fraudulently or used in violation of these terms.
